    The apartment comfortably accommodates families and groups of friends. The welcoming living room opens onto an enclosed loggia, creating an additional living space that is perfect for enjoying meals while making the most of the natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home.

    Sleeping arrangements

    First bedroom: A bunk bed featuring a 140 cm double bed on the lower level and a 90 cm single bed on the upper level, storage space, and sliding glass doors opening onto a small terrace with sea views.
    Second bedroom: A 160 cm double bed, storage space, and direct access to a small terrace with beautiful sea views.
    Office area: Ideal for remote working or as an additional sleeping area, thanks to a pull-out trundle bed that converts into a 160 cm double bed. This space also has access to a small terrace overlooking the sea.

    The bathroom features a walk-in shower and double washbasins. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
