Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. You will have a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190 beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. You will have access to a shelter for storing your bikes with a lock. From the large bay windows in the living room, you will have access to the south-facing wooden terrace, not overlooked, to relax after your day's sightseeing. You can enjoy the river, a 15-minute drive from the beaches, with excursions on a gabarre, paddleboarding, and canoeing on the agenda. The house is at the gateway to the Quercy region, with 14 of the most beautiful villages in France within a 10-minute to 1-hour drive: Domme, La Roque Gageac, Monpazier, Beynac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, and more.
