”This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. ”

”The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms. ”The condo exceeded our expectations! It was much more spacious than we expected and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies, including coffee filters, paper towels, and dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful, and laundry detergent was supplied. The view of the ocean was beautiful! Access to the Marriott facilities was a bonus, especially for our adult children. We're already thinking about a return trip next year!”

This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg.
