Cocoonr is offering this charming single-storey house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Saint-Martin-de-Ribérac. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises a lovely living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,500 m² with a swimming pool. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

All the rooms in the house are on one level.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A living room with a sofa, TV and dining area.
– A fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200).
– A bathroom with a shower and bath.
– A separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
– A private, heated swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth gradually increasing to 1.55 metres). Open only from May to the end of September. Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
– A private, enclosed garden of 1,500 m² facing south-west, with a 35 m² south-west-facing terrace and a 75 m² terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Outdoor furniture provided (2 tables + 6 outdoor chairs + 4 sun loungers + a barbecue).

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Martin-de-Ribérac, in a very peaceful setting with views over the fields and the sunset. You’ll find all the essential shops in the village, 2.5 km away.
