”Our check in experience was horrible. The lady who was supposed to meet us, had to meet someone else when we got delayed. Security gave us the key. We couldn’t find the unit. It was hot. . And the elevator was broke ( which no one mentioned). . We had to carry up our 50lb bags and groceries 2 flights of stairs. ”The location and view are top notch. Walking distance to Simpson Bay and central to all the fun happenings in the Maho area. Our only complaints (small) are the lack of a few key items in the kitchen: measuring cups/spoons, one dish rag, no hand towels in kitchen. Also, tiny shampoo for a weeks stay, no cooler to pack to beaches, etc. Just little things that are so easy to provide. Again, not a big deal… The condo location and view can’t be beat. ”

"Location was perfect and the suite with high quality. Also the staff was very friendly. Apparently we were the first ones to stay in this suite after renovation, observed from many small features in the room not used earlier. This caused the only small negative, as the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay due to an installation mistake, but that doesn't impact next travelers anymore. I can recommend this place."
