A fishing cottage located in the peaceful setting of a charming, protected valley, 13 km from Tréport Beach, 30 km from Dieppe, and 1 hour from the Bay of Somme. Set in a preserved area, at the heart of a beautiful 17th-century architectural complex featuring a dovecote, this cottage is located in the courtyard of a former farmhouse along the riverbank, where the owners’ residence is situated; they have a garden on the other side of the house. Large garden available for guests’ use. The river is not accessible from the cottage. On-site, 1 km of Category 1 river fishing within the property: an angler’s dream! Large storage room (for bikes, etc.). A warm and discreet welcome awaits you. First floor (3 steps): - dining room/kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, microwave), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed), - 1 bedroom (2 single beds), - bathroom with shower and toilet, including a washing machine. Upper level, mezzanine: - living room with TV and DVD player, - 1 double bed, 2 cribs, game table. Complete baby equipment.
