Total tranquility nestled in a literal postcard landscape, in the heart of the rolling countryside of the Côtes Chalonnaises, in the hollow of a plateau of vineyards (of the famous "Val d'Or"), on the slopes of a wooded hill protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" & ZNIEFF (for its faunal & floristic riches), sheltering at its summit the ruins of the medieval fortified castle of Montaigu, built in the 10th century, full of great history (having played a notable role in the wars of religion), overlooking the sublime Vallée des Vaux & the Val de Saône in the extension of the hill of "Montabon" covered with a vast forest.
