”Went there after our wedding and the staff was extremely welcoming, took our luggage from the car to the room. Took pictures of us both in the gorgeous lobby and crossing the hotel threshold. Extremely splendid experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay.”

”Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke! Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us. Parking- minimal. But there was some! Air conditioning- not too powerful!”

”The breakfast was average. During our stay housekeeping never cleaned our room or emptied our trash, no service yet they were polite in the hallway when I got new towels. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the last 3 days. With our limited mobility as my spouse uses a cane, I had to go to the second floor up stairs, which I don’t do well with my health. ”The parking pass was included in my chosen Expedia option but would have been $15 a night otherwise. There is a large underground parking level protected from weather and felt secure.”

”Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too.
