The pool is currently under construction and will be ready by May 2026. The Domaine de Phébus is a former farmhouse that was renovated in 2025. It is divided into two sections: “the main house for 10 people” and “La Fourniol for 4 people.” The property offers a rare sense of tranquility, with no neighbors or houses directly across the way. From the grounds, you can watch cows grazing peacefully, and occasionally a deer or a rabbit crossing the meadow freely. We love its bright, airy rooms, its spacious layout, and its warm, modern decor that invites you to relax. The all-inclusive package ensures a carefree stay, not to mention its private pool (open from June to September). Located between Padirac, Rocamadour, and Figeac, it allows you to explore the must-see attractions of the Lot in no time. From the cottage, you can walk to the Presque Cave or the majestic Autoire Waterfall for unforgettable hikes. For recreation, the Saule Water Park, the Dordogne River, and the Montal Golf Course will delight guests of all ages. Main house accessible via 2 steps: entryway, 1 bedroom (1 160-bed) with an open-concept bathroom, separate toilet, 60 m² living area opening onto a 21 m² terrace and a 2 m² balcony.
