Upstairs: a large attic bedroom measuring 28 m² (1 160-bed, 1 120x190-bed, 1 90x190-bed). Air conditioning and window screens in all rooms. Wi-Fi access. Enclosed, shared property of 100 m². Shared swimming pool accessible via stairs (7 x 3 with a flat bottom, 1.45 m deep), secured by an electric roller shutter and a 1.20 m fence. Private parking space next to the cottage.
