Welcome to La Maison Sterna, a family-friendly beachfront home in the village of Saint-Michel-en-Grève.<br><br>A charming house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, just steps from the beach. The perfect spot for a stay right by the water—whether with family or friends, on vacation or working remotely—for a family reunion, an event, a celebration, a photo shoot, or any other occasion.<br><br>The property<br>Maison Sterna is a large house with a basement, surrounded by a 400-square-meter garden and featuring a beautiful, sunny terrace.<br><br>The veranda overlooks the surrounding rooftops and the beautiful beach at Saint-Michel. This bright space offers the chance to admire the scenery or hang up your beach gear, coats, and towels when you return from a walk.<br><br>On the first floor:<br><br>The entryway leads to the kitchen on one side and the dining room and living room on the other.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, range hood, dishwasher, 3-burner stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker…), designed for cooking enthusiasts. Its central island also provides a dining area for small groups.<br>The charming dining room seats 8 people at the table. You can open the large floor-to-ceiling windows to extend this space onto the veranda. The living room features a large sofa where you can stretch out, read, relax, gather with friends, or watch a movie. You’ll also find games and books to keep you entertained.<br><br>The hallway leads to the Beige Sable bedroom, the downstairs bathroom, and the stairs leading to the first floor.<br>The Beige bedroom features a double canopy bed (140x200 cm). From the bed, there is an unobstructed, private view of the forest adjacent to the garden.<br>The bathroom features a shower stall, a sink, and the first set of toilets.<br><br>Upstairs, a large landing leads to three other bedrooms:<br><br>- The Green Room with a sea view: a double bed (140x200 cm), a large closet, and a wardrobe to store your belongings and make you feel right at home.<br><br>- The Infinite Blue Room features two single twin beds (90x200cm), which can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x190cm). Ideal for children. Upon request, a travel crib can be added to this room or to the parents’ room.<br><br>- The “Bleu Calme” room is a lovely room with a sea view that features a double bed (140x200cm). It also has a large closet for storing all your belongings.<br><br>On the landing, there is a desk/teleworking area facing the window overlooking the south-facing slope of Saint-Michel-en-Grève.<br><br>Finally, the second bathroom includes a bathtub, a toilet, and cabinets for storing your belongings. We provide basic toiletries for your use.<br>Guest access<br>The entire property is reserved for guests. You’re welcome to enjoy the terrace and garden.<br><br>AMENITIES:<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: For health and safety reasons, we ask that you bring your own sheets and towels. If this isn’t possible, please contact us.<br><br>Beach toys are available for your use; please take good care of them for future guests :)<br><br>A travel crib, a high chair, and children’s cutlery will be provided upon request.<br><br>You’ll find tourist brochures available upon arrival.<br>Additional Notes<br>RESERVATIONS:<br><br>The house is rented by the week during peak season, from late June to early September. Short stays are available (on weekends and weekdays the rest of the year). Feel free to contact us for specific dates or events planned well in advance.<br><br>HIGHLIGHTS:<br><br>The house is located less than a 200-meter walk from the beach. You can take the small staircase leading to the beach or the secluded trail that is part of the G34 (customs officers’ trail).<br><br>Maison Sterna is close to the town center: City Hall, post office, organic/local grocery store, artisan shops, exhibition hall, and church.
