This pleasant house of 93m² is composed of an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room with a flat screen TV opening onto 2 terraces, one of which is covered and its enclosed garden, a kitchen equipped with a 3 burner gas hob + 1 electric hob, a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer and a dishwasher, a storeroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet, on the ground floor.
On the ground floor : a bedroom with 2 beds 80cm and a cupboard, a bedroom with 2 beds 80cm and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

GARDEN FURNITURE - BARBECUE - ENCLOSED GARDEN - GARAGE USED AS A STOREROOM - PARQUET FLOORING IN THE BEDROOMS.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
