A bedroom equipped with two 80 cm pull-out single beds, particularly suitable for children.

An independent studio completes the property. It has:

A 140 cm double bed;
A sofa bed that can accommodate two children;
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet;
Storage with dresser and wardrobe.

This configuration is ideal for bringing together several generations or two families, while allowing some travellers to enjoy a more independent space.

You will particularly appreciate the location of the house: the beach, the centre of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, shops, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance in a few minutes. Once settled, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest without having to always take the car back.

The house can accommodate up to 10 travellers, with a configuration particularly suitable for families with children.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.

Bed linen is not automatically included. You can bring your own sheets or choose the linen option at a rate of €20 per set. In this case, the beds will be carefully prepared for your arrival. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are of course available on site.
