We offer for rent in Saline-les-Bains, this charming holiday home for a serene and comfortable stay, accommodating 5 people. It's located in the heart of a secure residence with a swimming pool called "Les Corallines".

A few minutes' walk from the lagoon and close to all essential amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and more. "L'Évasion Kréol" (Creole Escape) will delight you with its location and comfort.

You will enjoy a furnished terrace with garden furniture and a dining table, offering a pleasant view of the communal swimming pool.

This house, completely renovated by the Billikers agency, offers 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds (160x200), 1 bedroom with a single child's bed (90x190). A newly renovated bathroom, a spacious and bright living room, and a brand new, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with everything you need: Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

Cleaning is included in the rental price, and high-quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

Respecting the Property

Thank you for taking care of the property as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Cleanliness & Waste Management

Please respect the sorting instructions by using the appropriate containers:

Household waste: standard trash can
Recycling: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: to be deposited exclusively in the designated glass containers.

It is forbidden to leave trash bags in common areas or outside the property.

No Smoking

The property is entirely non-smoking, including near the windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in ashtrays, do not leave them on the ground.

Respecting Neighbors

Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Guests & Events

Parties and gatherings are prohibited, except with prior authorization for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of occupants must not exceed that mentioned in the reservation.

Security & Energy Saving

Please remember to:

Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the property.
Close the windows and lock the door before leaving.

On the day of your departure, please:

Leave the property clean and tidy.
Take out the trash.
Do the dishes or run the dishwasher.
Return all furniture and objects to their original places.

We have implemented a personalized check-in process, overseen by a dedicated welcome manager.

Pre-arrival Contact: Your welcome manager will contact you 3 days before your arrival to arrange your arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (arrival): Arrival time: between 1 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm, an additional fee applies upon request). Upon arrival, you will be greeted on-site at the property for a personal key handover. An inventory check-in will be carried out with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (departure): Departure time: before 10 am. On the day of your departure, a check-out inventory will also be carried out, along with the return of the keys.
Security deposit: €1100 taken as a credit card imprint.
