The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this apartment in Saint-Pierre, featuring a shared swimming pool and breathtaking views of Mount Pelée. It measures 18 m² and can comfortably accommodate two guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows
- A living area with a dining corner
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: a 2-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge with freezer…
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190), walk-in wardrobe, storage unit and TV
- A shower room with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet

The 7 kg washing machine is accessible via the pool deck.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron.

Outdoors:
- A salt-water swimming pool (shared and unheated), measuring 3.50×5.50 metres and 1.55 metres deep, open from 1 January to 31 December. The pool’s opening dates are subject to change.
- An 8 m² terrace with a washing line and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The studio is ideally situated on the outskirts of St-Pierre in a very peaceful setting. The neighbourhood is opposite the sugar cane fields of the Depaz plantation. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
For supermarkets, there’s Leader-Price or Leclerc in Schoelcher.

Activities:
- A visit to the splendid Depaz rum distillery
- A tour of the town of St-Pierre and its ruins (the old church, the colonial Maison de Santé)
- A visit to the Franck Perret Museum
- Visit to the Centre for the Discovery of Science and the Earth
- The incredible view over the town of St-Pierre from the Virgin of the Sailors and the kapok tree, via the Route de Fonds Saint Denis
- Visit to the Gauguin Museum at Anse Latouche
- Visit to the wonderful Martinique Zoo
- St-Pierre water sports centre offering a wide range of activities (canoeing, kayaking, sailing, etc.) and home to diving clubs.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park opposite the residence.

- A car is essential
- Nearest railway station: Place Bertin station in Saint-Pierre, located approximately 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, situated approximately 25 km away

Other notes:
- Access to the studio involves climbing 5 steps leading to the swimming pool, followed by 3 steps down to reach the accommodation
- Mosquito nets fitted to the windows
- Rules for using the swimming pool: showering is compulsory; access from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. The swimming pool is unsupervised. Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking
- The pool bar is not self-service
- Bed linen and towels are included, except for beach towels
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- A raclette machine and barbecue are available on request
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances and the barbecue after use.
