Single-story, centrally heated holiday home in Brittany. It features 2.5 rooms (living room with a natural stone wall and open fireplace - not currently functional), a bedroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom. The living area is approximately 58 square meters. All floors are tiled. The property sits on a 450-square-meter plot.

The bedroom provides access to the covered terrace and the well-maintained garden. Garden furniture (table, chairs, and loungers) is provided. Our house is charmingly furnished. In addition to original antique Breton cabinets, modern seating offers comfort and convenience. One of the sofas in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed if needed.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The TV is a smart TV, so you have access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.
