”We loved our stay! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed a real king sized bed, the renovation thoughtful both in use of space and with beautiful old details left to shine. A plant filled courtyard and intimate breakfast room and lounge. Real glasses for enjoying the cold rosé. A beautiful stay. Add to that a bustling residential neighborhood just outside the tourist center, in the oldest building in Avignon and extremely welcoming hosts! Highly recommended”

”The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants.”

However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo...
