The upper ground floor serves as the main living area, featuring a bright living room equipped with a flat-screen television, a fully appointed kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. 2 separate WCs are also located on this level, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests. The kitchenette is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
