- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Shower room with shower and WC
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan.

Outside:
- A 10mx4.5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to October.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (for up to 4 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Bordeaux approx. 90 km, Bergerac approx. 35 min.
