The cottage is located in a converted farm building on a fruit grower's property (Thierry represents the third generation). It has its own private entrance, parking, and grounds. The spacious 45 m² living area includes a lounge, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a shower room. All windows face west, enjoying the setting sun and complete privacy. Electric heating is included in the rental price. Outside, there is a dining area, a pétanque court, and a children's play area. (For corporate bookings, the security deposit is €800). You'll love living in the heart of the countryside, overlooking greenhouses and orchards, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the village center, and the Pilat Regional Natural Park. It's an ideal setting for mountain biking, walks, and hiking. Shops in the village are easily accessible on foot, and the village of St-Romain is 10 km from the Lyon/St-Etienne motorway, making it ideally located whether you are here for a holiday or business. In 2023, the year of opening, your outdoor space includes a shared garden with the other gîte, with each guest having a table, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. You also have access to a large meadow to fully enjoy the south-facing aspect and maximum sunshine. The St-Martin la Plaine Zoo is 3 km from the house.
