This spacious 180 m² house rated 3 stars can accommodate up to 10 people in a quiet environment, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, each designed for two people. Two bathrooms are directly adjacent to the bedrooms, In the sauna area, two single beds are also available, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen with central island includes a gas stove with electric oven, a microwave, an American fridge + another fridge as well as all the necessary utensils. You will also find a pod coffee maker, a filter coffee maker and a kettle.
The large living room is furnished with two sofas, armchairs and a large flat screen TV, offering a convivial space to hang out.
The house has 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower and sink, 2 toilets and a laundry room.
Outside, you can enjoy a large covered terrace with views of the mountains, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a table tennis table, as well as a private heated and secure swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th. The property also has wifi and private parking with electric gate.
For weekend stays, the arrival and departure times are flexible.
Small pets under 10 kg are accepted.
End-of-stay cleaning is extra charge at €130 for stays of more than
3 nights. For stays of less than 3 nights it is 100 euros. Bed linen is optional. 10 Euros per person.

📍 The house is located just 2 km from a supermarket, in a quiet environment, close to the Ardèche river.
You will also be 30 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the famous Ardèche gorges.
Many villages of character are nearby: Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume.
The mountain is also accessible about 1 hour away, with remarkable sites such as Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Lake Issarlès or Devil's Bridge in Thueyts.
