”This was a really mixed experience. On the one hand the room was great - big and spacious and well appointed. I really appreciated some of the details like the quick boiling SMEG kettle and the mini fridge. But on the other, the general service was really lacking.

”We booked this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the Spanish Embassy, but it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, and our corner room comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the nice views, modern décor, and high-quality beds, linens, pillows, and towels. ”It is a beautiful property and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Location is great. One elevator out of two has been out of service for a while. Our room never got serviced during the day despite leaving a message to do so, at the front desk in the morning. We were delayed in arriving by a day due to flight cancellations, but the property manager refused to refund one night's charges. It is a wonderful property and I wish we received better service, so that I could give it 5 stars.”

”Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there.
