”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”Gordon and Netty were incredibly welcoming, and I was glad they handled my check-in. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and close to so many walkable shops. The rooftop restaurant staff, however, were not as friendly. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely return when staying in Georgetown.”

”The property is located near a number of embassies but conveniently walkable to other attractions. Light or continental breakfast and coffee were available daily. While there is no gym on site, the property has an arrangement with Golds gym which is a short drive or perfect walk for a warmup.
The parking is a bit complicated due to the location but not impossible. There’s also valet available.The rooms are older but clean. Lighting was dim but the biggest issue was the temperature. It was cold...

”Fine to stay for a couple of days, would not return again. Location was the best part. The rooms are spacious, but not the cleanest. Stayed three nights and room was never cleaned either. Some staff were friendly, others were not. Received sighs and annoyed looks just approaching the desk for a question. Would not recommend. ”
