The apartment offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms: one with a plush double bed (160x190) for a restful night’s sleep, and another with two sturdy bunk beds (190x90), perfect for families or small groups. The well-equipped bathroom and separate toilet provide ample space and convenience for all guests.

Step out onto the traditional balcony to take in breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque Saint-Véran village and the stunning Queyras valley. This serene outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the natural beauty. Unwind after a day on the slopes with our collection of books, reading materials, and board games.

Enjoying a unique natural setting, this magnificent village has preserved a remarkable built heritage from its past

Families will find everything they need, including a crib, high chair, baby bath, and a selection of children’s books and toys for various ages.

Ideally located just a few meters from the ski slopes and close to local shops and dining options, CASA-La Lobio is perfectly positioned to immerse you in the vibrant life of Saint-Véran.

Pets are accepted upon request with an additional fee (thirty euros).

If you require linens and towels, we offer them for rent at a small additional fee. Please notify us in advance if you wish to rent these items:
Towels are available for ten euros,
Single bed linen kit for ten euros, and
Double bed kit for fifteen euros
Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of thirty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

No smoking on the property

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
