Welcome to our charming duplex apartment, nestled on the second floor of a picturesque chalet in the heart of the Queyras, in the Saint-Véran valley, within the stunning Queyras Regional Park. This inviting retreat comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and offers a spacious and well-equipped mountain getaway.

Step inside to discover a generously sized living area that seamlessly blends a cozy sitting space, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day of adventure. The first level features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, while the mezzanine above the living room includes a second double bed and three single beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

The property includes thoughtful amenities such as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and a dedicated storage space for your skis or bikes. You’ll also find a range of family-friendly features, including a crib, Pack ’n Play, children’s books and toys, a high chair, and an outdoor playground with play structures.

Outside, the duplex offers a BBQ grill for al fresco dining

Saint-Véran, renowned for its natural beauty, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. In the summer, explore the Queyras Regional Natural Park through hiking trails, wildlife spotting, and fishing. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an additional fee. If you wish to rent bed linen and towels, please inform us one week in advance if possible:
Towel kit: €10 (1 large towel + 1 small towel)
Single bed linen kit: €15 (1 single sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase)
Double bed linen kit: €19 (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of thirty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
