âStayed here for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised. What we liked:
Hot water & good water pressure
Daily service making beds & tidying up
Well kitted kitchenette
Self check in
Luggage storage before & after stay
Location proximity to metro and SNCF
LâOccitane toiletries
Plenty of space for luggage in the room
Communal area
What could be improved:
Only thing I can think of is making a washing machine available on premises at a reasonable cost

âThe apartment location is second to none! Right in the center of shopping, restaurants, nightlife. Two blocks east of old port. Looks new or recently renovated inside. Very clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant. Owner spoke English well. Other staff not as well but good enough and were very helpful! Only downside is no elevator so the climb of 57 steps up the narrow staircase to our 3rd floor apartment was a bit of a challenge but helped us work off the food and drink we consumed during the...

âWe had an amazing stay here and would love to come back. Hotel is next to Bar La RelĂšve which is a trendy cafe/restaurant perfectly located in Marseille. Rooms are very clean and super nice decorated - really enjoyed it! â

âReally good and polite customer service! We received a lot of tips on what to do and how to get around in Marseille.
The Hotel was modern and clean, located conveniently right next to the railway station.

âThe hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well located. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort during my stay.
At check-in the night before, the lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to stay until 12:00 instead of the usual 11:00 checkout since we had traveled from far, and she graciously agreed. She made me feel welcomed and treated me with warmth and respect.

âThis is the best hostel I've stayed at in awhile. Loved the following:
- Fast, efficient check-in with some of the information captured in pre-online check-in
- Excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms!! I arrived around the time of a summer heatwave and most places in France don't have air conditioning.
- HUGE room space
- Loved the curtain privacy, amenities in the bed space and the dimmable LED strip
- The most spacious private bathroom I've ever seen in a hostel. The bath curtain sealed...
