KAZ A VANYA - House with a private garden and a shared pool

The place is ideal for a stay with family with children or friends.
This small house with 2 real air-conditioned bedrooms, has a large private fenced garden and is located in a very small residence of 5 lots with gate, swimming pool and parking space.
You will be slightly out of the heart of Sainte-Anne, in a green and peaceful environment but very close to the city center to take full advantage of the beaches, restaurants and shops (5 minutes by car).

THE ACCOMMODATION
The house has been completely renovated and all the equipment is new. The private land of 200m² is fully fenced. It is a terraced house on one side only.

The entrance to the residence is through an electric gate and the swimming pool, fenced and secure, is accessible to you from 7 am to 9 pm every day (reserved ONLY for people staying in the residence).

You can park your vehicle in the residence, opposite the entrance of your house.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook good food.

The bright living room is equipped with a sofa, storage space and a TV with channels and internet connection.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. A reserve tank of city water is present to compensate for the frequent water cuts on the island.

You will fully enjoy your meals outdoors on the covered terrace facing the garden. A stone BBQ will allow you to enjoy good grilling.

UPSTAIRS:

Two air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with storage for your belongings will allow you to spend comfortable nights. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be separated or joined together to form a double bed.

A laundry room is present with a washing machine, a sink with mirror and a second toilet is upstairs.

This accommodations are ideal for enjoying Guadeloupe to the fullest but also for spending time with family or friends and lounging in the garden or by the pool.
Traveller access

The house and garden are private and are entirely dedicated to you. The small residence is made up of 5 houses similar to yours. The swimming pool is reserved for all tenants of the residence. No outsiders are allowed to enter, unless agreed in writing by us.

Other remarks
No person who is not part of the reservation is allowed access to the pool, unless agreed in writing by us. Please respect this instruction in order to preserve the tranquility of the residence.
