”Although there are several smaller problems with the cottage that we could live with, there were three major ones that were problematic: -1- The was no propane for the bbq and no lighter provided. -2- We were missing a fan for the third bedroom which had been promised. -3- The hot tub was milky green and unusable. When we called to ask management for help with these 3 problems, we were told that nobody works the night shift as the closest worker lives an hour away. The check isn’t allowed to...

”Listing needs to be clearer - Hot tub: not clear it was not private BBQ: not clear not available in the winter Basic items to bring: Make this clear Equipment and Sporting activities: A tabogan would have been great Indication of the ammentities like lake for skating would be nice to know so that guest can know what to bring. Use the lake as a selling point because it is really lovely. Wood stove: Wood was moist so difficult to make fire. Just a container that is used for storage that seals.”
