”We had a wonderful week. Maria and her husband are fantastic hosts. Throughout the week they checked everything was alright and asked if we needed anything. The breakfasts that Maria delivered every day were fabulous, plentiful and freshly prepared. We had freshly prepared tarts, fruit, homemade jams etc. The house is perfect for two, set in beautiful gardens, with the use of a small swimming pool.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visited the same area in the future. ”

”This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. The overall effect is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. The new restaurant for evening dining was excellent and a wonderful way to end the day! James graciously offered to drive us...

”Un séjour excellent tant du point de vue de l’accueil que de la prestation. Le château porte bien son nom tellement on se croirait "châtelain" même de passage. Juste un petit regret, quant au manque d’une proposition de repas le soir (même sommaire) pour profiter pleinement du contexte bucolique et du calme qu’offre l’environnement. Merci à l’hôte”

”Wow what a find . This place is like staying at a picture postcard and the owners can’t do enough for you . They accommodated our slightly late arrival and cooked us up a French food delight . Best food we have eaten on our whole 3 week trip together with the best b and b we have stayed in . I cannot recommend this place enough and the surrounding medical village is just gorgeous. You can even have a swim in the lake and have a dip in a hot tub . We will definitely be back and have a longer...
