La ferme de la Baconnerie is located in Ste Marguerite d'Elle and offers four independent character houses, each with a private fenced garden and barbecue, plus a reception hall. The property is 20 km from the D-Day beaches. Accommodation includes La Bergerie (4 bedrooms), La Laiterie (5 bedrooms), La Charetterie (5 bedrooms), and La Cidrerie (7 bedrooms), for a total of 44 beds. The reception hall (l’Étable) seats up to 50 people.



La Laiterie is a spacious, restored stone house with 5 bedrooms, a private fenced garden, barbecue, garden furniture, and Wi-Fi. It is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A large, private, fenced meadow serves as a playground. A communal sports field is 150 m away, offering activities like boules and basketball.



Final cleaning and bed linen are included. Water charges are included. Electricity is included from May 15 to October 15; a fixed rate applies the rest of the year. Heating is provided by a wood stove, available for an extra fee, and electric heaters. Towels and extra heating are optional, available for an extra fee.



Ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, lounge with sofa and armchairs, shower room with WC. One bedroom with two 90 cm single beds is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs: three bedrooms—two with double beds (140 cm), one with two single beds (90 cm), shower room with WC. Attic: one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, accessible from a first-floor bedroom.
