The cottage "LOVELY BEACH", completely renovated in 2024, studio/F1 with a warm wooden terrace, will offer you a view of the sea and a wooded park of 9 hectares. Located 100 meters from the elephant beach and about 700 meters from the Nartelle beach. An outdoor swimming pool, open in season, will complete your well-being. The cottage is located in a residence secured by a code gate, and has its private and free parking space.

Ideally located, the cottage is located by the sea (100 m from the residence), 5 minutes by car from the center of Sainte-Maxime, 20 km from Saint-Tropez. The residence's swimming pool, free and secured by a badge, is 50 meters from the cottage.
The residence consists of several small buildings (formerly PIERRE et VACANCES) in a vast park of 9 hectares, with ping-pong table and petanque court.

The cottage "LOVELY BEACH" is a studio/F1 of 30 m2, air-conditioned, consisting of an entrance with window, with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a wooden terrace of 11 m2 with sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a NESPRESSO coffee machine and another filter machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave oven and all the useful utensils to make good dishes.
The living room, with its giant fresco, is composed of a sofa, and a flat-screen TV with satellite (TNT).

Towels and sheets are provided, beds are made for arrival.
Arrival will be from 5pm, the keys will be in a key box.

The gîte is located on the first floor and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility because of the stairs to access it.

The property is 1.4 km from the Garonnette beach, 21 km from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station where you can take the shuttle bus which stops a few meters from the residence. The nearest airport is TOULON/HYERES Airport, 58 km from the accommodation.
