Mersea is approximately 80 m². Old and new elements are stylishly combined. The living room features a comfortable sitting area with a three-seater sofa, modern furniture, and a smart TV with international channels as well as Netflix. There is also a dining area with a round table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, toaster, and other cooking utensils.
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located at the rear of the house and features a double bed measuring 180 x 200. The bedroom has an adjoining en-suite room that serves as an office or dressing room. Bedroom 2 is located at the front and has two single beds measuring 90 x 200. Access to the bathroom is through the office. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, washing machine, toilet, and sink. The layout makes this vacation home ideal for two couples or a young family with two or three children. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. Upon request, you can hire a private chef, arrange for breakfast service, a boat trip, or a shopping service.
