Facing east and enjoying a quiet and green environment, the villa consists of a large, bright living room opening onto a terrace, a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a bathroom and two WCs (one of which is separate).
You will enjoy a pleasant covered terrace with a dining area and outdoor lounge. The villa also has a garage and air conditioning in all rooms for optimal comfort.
You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a Sonos speaker system, a gas barbecue, and a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.60 m), secured by a protective net or an underwater alarm.
Pets are not allowed unless with prior authorization.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is extra at €150.
A security deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival.
Tourist taxes are additional (variable amount based on the length of stay, the rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the property).

The villa must be returned in perfect condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
