Villa Gregory offers an ideal getaway for 8 people, consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. With a floor area of 130 m² on a 800 m² lot, this villa is located at the end of a street in a gated community with only four other villas. The beautiful La Nartelle beach in Sainte-Maxime is just 200 m away. The villa is the perfect base for those who enjoy exploring the area on foot or by bike. There is also a garage with two parking spaces.

The inviting living room at Villa Gregory, featuring two sofas, a large TV screen, and a dining area for eight people, is perfect for cozy get-togethers. The beautifully appointed kitchen, the convenient laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities, and the three comfortable bedrooms with two fully equipped bathrooms all contribute to the villa’s overall comfort.

Outside, you can relax in the heated private pool, complete with comfortable lounge chairs, and enjoy the French Riviera on the covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people. Villa Gregory strikes the perfect balance between comfort and tranquility, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing vacation experience.
