A couple of really minor issues were almost instantly resolved and the communication throughout the booking and the stay was excellent.The resort common areas are clean and well maintained. ”The property is in a great location, with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a 15 minute walk. It’s not located somewhere too busy like a main road which is really nice. The apartment that I stayed in was very cosy and clean, with a well equipped kitchenette although there was no washing up liquid to clean the dishes. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, but the published opening office hours online (8.30am to 6pm) don’t quite match the actual office hours. The reception was closed...

”Getting out from the taxi, I was facing a locked door with a small sign above. Clearly this is not a hotel, but an apartment hotel as promised. After knocking for a while, across the street a neighbour directed me to the next building. There I continued to knock on doors and another neighbour finally showed me who the owner was.
