A great find

The location is ideal. Your hotel is right in the blossom. Is easy to walk to any of the popular spots. Reception is very friendly and very helpful. The room is beautiful, you're conditioning works great, the kitchen is so useful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location can not be better! It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, stores, market, supermarkets, farmacy, banks, taxi rank, bus stop... Water pressure is great, air conditioner works fine, we always had hot water. Ask for cloth hangers, larger bath towels and any thing you need for the kitchen and they will be given to you. Front desk does not always have someone there, but if you ring for someone, they will come right down. There are no coin laundry establishment in Salamanca, but for 16 Euros a load, you can use the dry cleaners located behind the market. There is a washing machine available at the hotel but no dryer; I hanged clothes in the shower to dry. The restaurant downstairs, outside the hotel, has very good tapas. We will stay in this hotel every time we go to Salamanca. La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Esta rodeado de restaurantes, cafés, el mercado, supermercados, farmacia, tiendas, bancos, puesto de taxis y parada de bus. La presion del agua en el baño es muy buena, el airea condicionado funciona bien, siempre hay agua caliente. Tienes que pedir por mas ganchos para colgar la ropa en el armario, toallas mas grandes para el baño y lo que sea que se necesite para la cocina, y te los dan. No siempre hay alguien en la recepción pero si los llamas por el intercomunicador, bajan inmediatamente. No hay lavanderías de moneda en Salamanca, pero por 16 Euros la carga de ropa, te la lavan en la Dry Cleaners que está al lado del mercado. Hay una lavadora disponible en el hotel, pero no hay secadora. Yo colgue la ropa en la regadera para que se secara por la noche. El restaurante que está abajo del hotel tiene muy buenas tapas. Nos quedaremos en este hotel siempre que vayamos a Salamanca.

El hotel es muy agradable y la relación calidad-precio muy buena. Lo mejor es su ubicacion: a escasos metros de la Plaza Mayor, pero sin el bullicio de la misma.

Great location

We stayed at this Hotel due to its location and also that it had its own kitchen, albeit small. Room was relatively clean, there was some dust on the bedcover but linen lovely and white and clean. Kitchen lacked a few things, like a sharp knife and only had one large plate. The fridge was not very cold. But it was a great and roomy flat, my only real complaint is the bed is not comfortable at all and when you turn over it makes the most terrible racket which I apologise to the residents below as it must have woken them up.
