”Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great. A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!! The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!! The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed.”

”The house is large, bright and well appointed with modern bathrooms. It has a patio within the complex but no view although there is a communal bench outside with a lovely estuary view which we used frequently. It only has electric storage heaters which were impossible to work out hence the house was cold at times. ”The property was fine, being met with a pair of underpants on the outside banister didn’t bode well, but once inside it was fine. We are in our seventies so going downstairs in the morning with two cups of tea wasn’t ideal but we worked around it. The place was clean and very well equipped although we ate out every day.
