The space
Your suite is one of two located above street level retail on South College Ave - currently occupied by a Yoga studio and soon-to-be fly fishing shop. This 2-story, walk up home boasts high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The master suite includes a full bath and dedicated office with ample closet space. The 2nd bedroom contains a king size bed overlooking South College Ave and is connected to the smaller 3rd bedroom with a single bed. The gourmet kitchen features new appliances with trendy, epoxy counter tops and herring-bone style, subway tile backsplash, with exposed natural wood shelving.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire space. Typical of mixed-use buildings from the early 19th century, a recessed central entrance provides access to the second story residential dwellings (This is a secure entrance shared by both apartments and requires an electronic key code). The individual suites are also secured by electronic locks. You will receive both a code to the building and your individual apartment after booking. This is a second story walkup with stairs.

The stunning Alleghany and Blue Ridge Mountains surround Salem, providing a wealth of opportunities for outdoor recreation and nature appreciation.
