âBorgo Canonica is an absolute gem. The service was warm, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The property offers a rare combination of peace and quiet with a drop-dead gorgeous location, surrounded by spectacular grounds that are meticulously maintained. Pool area quiet and relaxing. No negative comments. You must have a car to access the property. Strongly recommended.â

âThis is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento
The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day
The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!!
The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us
