”This cabin is so beautiful and relaxing. This is our second time at the hideaway cabin. We have also stayed at their newest Cabin and have it booked for this year as well. From the scenery, hot tub, privacy, and of course the amazing beef u can have delivered to your cabin we can’t ask for a better getaway! We will continue to come back every year and possibly like this year twice a year! Oh and if you don’t cook don’t forget about 360 burger and the Bears den! ”

”This house was absolutely amazing! We needed a place to just "escape" from the hustle and bustle and this house did just the trick for us. Our family had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. All of the beds were comfortable, the house was very well cleaned. Plenty of towels and blankets, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. Sitting on the patio by the fire and watching the kids in the hot tub, while having the view of the lake in the background...

”The property and building were exactly as described/pictured. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were roomy for the 6 of us, and furnishings were updated and of good quality. There was a good bit of bugs/flies on the patio (to be expected in the country!), but they have fans and tiki torches to help. ”I was in Ohio for a family reunion. The puppy could not stay at the lodge at Salt Fork, so I decided to stay at the cabin. I am easily overwhelmed by people and family is not excluded! Retreating to the cabin allowed me the serenity I needed.My only dislike were the unpaved roads. My car sits very low to the ground and the gravel did a number under my car. ”

The property was peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained with gravel and easy to identify trails—just what we needed to relax and reconnect. The quiet setting by the lake was incredibly calming. It was such a lovely experience, and we’re already talking about coming back with our kids. ”The property was lovely. The path to the pond was not the only hiking path. There was one that was even longer that was great. The cottage was great. My husband and I and our adult daughters had enough room and the kitchen was great. Communication was great. Jim was friendly and responsive to our emails. Great stay.”
