”We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.”

”Clean and cozy place, self check in with good communication with the host so this is not a problem even though we did not meet the host, the room are over our expectations, no matter you are spend holiday or walking the Via Francigena like us, this is an ideal place to stay.”

”Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”

” Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay.”

”Wirklich sehr schönes und ordentliches Apartment. Die Küche war genügend ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Wer ein auto mitbringt kann es dort parken, die Parkgebühren lagen bei unserm Mietwagen für eine Nacht bei 15€ dies empfanden wir als etwas teuer aber vll wird das Parken ja günstiger wenn man es von vornherein anfragt, wir waren sehr spontan mit dem Parkplatz. Es gibt auf dem Dach eine sehr schöne Terrasse und im Keller eine minibar mit bezahlbaren Wein und Wasser. ”

”Auf einem über 3000 qm großen Grundstück steht dieses mit allem ausgestattete Haus. Aber ohne Auto nichts zu wollen. Viele schöne Städte in der näheren Umgebung - aber Restaurants 15 Min. das Meer weit entfernt ca 25 Min. mit dem Auto. Dafür aber Lokale dort mit leckerem frischen (meist) Fisch zu tragbaren Preisen!!”
