”Clean room, helpful staff, would stay again.”

”This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. We had full access to the AC. The refrigerator and the little kitchen area was quite handy. The basket for breakfast was a nice touch and...

”Property was nice with a good location right in the center of downtown and close location to all restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included, I would say it’s more of a quick grab snack than breakfast, although I must say they have great cookies and desserts available all day. ”

”It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again. The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable things that did little to interfere with a great time!”

”The hotel was under construction. Very dangerous, a construction worker dropped a Metal pole from the second floor and almost hit my husband on the head.We were packing our car prior to check out. No advance warning was given about construction above us.Witnessed by foreman who said they were trying to beat the memorial day weekend rush. Not acceptable. Reported to front desk staff on check out.”

”This is the type of place you’d take a bad bar room decision. Carpeting is stained throughout and the tile floors were sticking to our feet.”

”We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.”

”Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. ”

”We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And then our room was never cleaned. We are repeat customers. Not sure we will return”
