- Guests must climb stairs.
- Pet friendly for one good dog whose owner is very responsible. Be responsible and always poop-scoop and bring your owner poop-scoop bags.
- Please don't book this home if you or other occupants have pet allergies.
- The small pier you'll see on the lake is private property. Please do not trespass on the pier.
- Small boat access is via the boat ramp across the lake at the Rose Street Boat Ramp off of Lake Street.
- Neighborhood is called Johnson Lake, which is a residential section off Division Street and adjacent to Parson's Cemetery, which is a beautiful space to walk around.
