”A very well maintained resort with a lot of entertainment for kids. Friendly staff. The water park was very clean, it was warm enough (both water and air), and it was relatively big for an indoor place with many slides for all ages. We did not try the other activities (which were a bit pricey), since we spent most of the time at the water park (which is included in the room price). The lodge provides many alternatives for dining. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nice arcade too! ”

”This is a very convenient location to downtown. The property is a somewhat updated building but offers minimal amenities. Our room had only fair heating, the bathroom door did not stay closed, windows had been fully open, storm windows were ineffective for the windy weather and an electrical outlet located near the bed was missing a cover, posing a possible hazard. Staff were friendly. Parking is off street.”

”The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area.
My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles!

”Checked in with my wife the ac unit did not work it was about 80 degrees in our room and smelled like wet laundry asked to be moved to another room and staff sent a repair person to our room instead and he was there for about 30 min and didn’t get to fix the ac unit “this was at about 10pm after traveling since 4 am” we were forced to sleep in the room we were in until the next morning where we decided to check out and move to another hotel and that’s when the morning staff offered us a new room...
