”Nice place, clean and quaint. Beachy vibe with home like amenities. Odd observation: Toilet and its plumbing are old and only seem to be able to be flushed once every 20 minutes. With multiple people that can be awkward. All else very good. Would stay again. ”

”What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

Three minute drive to the center of Salem, and in walking distance to Beverly shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet as well. Next time we decide to visit Salem we will be checking to see if this place is available again.”

”Pros: Adorable, cozy house! Very clean and well set up. While the house was small, the bathroom/shower was nice and large. It was located in a nice quiet area.Cons: Would recommend hanging the upstairs curtains higher to cover the transom window and change them to darker/blackout. The streetlight shining in kept us up and made it hard to sleep.Overall a great place though!”

”The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. ”We where going deep sea fishing out of Hampton beach and stayed overnight to be closer as we had to be there for 6:30 am. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice...

”Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected...
