”Lovely cottage, full of character and very well-equipped. Superb location, a short walk to Asnelles beach, and a short drive to Arromanches. Bayeaux is also in easy reach by car.Both the owner and managing agent are extremely responsive and helpful.We visited in October so were not able to make use of the secluded garden area, but I think it would be very nice in the sunnier months. We did make good use of the wood-burner which added to the cosy atmosphere in the evenings.All-in-all an...

”Ik vond de schoonmaak niet geweldig bij aankomst, de glazen waren smoezelig, de vloer was ook niet heel schoon, koekast rook heel muf (was met een citroentje zo verholpen gelukkig) en zo nog het een en ander. Stofzuiger hangt van ducktape aan elkaar, wat de boel niet gemakkelijker maakt... Verder was het bed wel erg hard voor ons. Maar als je houdt van een hard bed is de locatie in ieder geval wel perfect. Het is letterlijk de weg oversteken, 2 minuten lopen en je zit aan een prachtig strand...

”very comfortable in all aspects, very cleaned rooms, clean bathroom, good shower hot water, washing machine, very functional kitchen with great oven. Car space in the yard.Close, walking distance to all businesses, bakery, bar, hairdresseur, Aldies store, butcher, pharmacy.close to walking and bike trails, buses.Heat ok! for winter, No A/C for Summers, may need to add fans, or portable A/C units would be a plus.Very accomodating, nice, and friendly hosts.”
