The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, the other with two single beds and overlooking the pool, a bathroom with a shower, air-conditioned living room with two single sofa beds with access to a large terrace with views to the sea ideal for breakfast, a snack, lunch, for your comfort the terrace has awnings.

Being an attic from the main terrace you can access another large terrace, totally private where you can sunbathe in complete privacy and where you can appreciate a panoramic view of Salou and the sea.

The Novelty Complex has wifi in the common areas and in the apartment, two swimming pools (for adults and children), a bar-restaurant located in the pool area, showers, elevators, 24-hour reception, surveillance cameras, access ramps.

The apartment has a privileged location in the center of Salou, being a first line, it is only 200m from the beach and the promenade where you can enjoy a bike ride, the promenade has a bike path, the light source and of its numerous shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, beach bars.

The vehicle is not necessary thanks to the proximity of all the shops, services and entertainment present.

Ideal situation to enjoy good holidays on the beach and in the center of Salou.





House Rules:

Animals are not accepted

1º. We are available for any consultation with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels, Supplement towels € 4 / person.

3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Departure time of the apartment: no later than 11 o'clock

4º. Please leave the apartment at the same conditions as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave the garbage in the apartment.

5º Respect the rules of the community and the neighbours.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation about the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º The deposit will be managed by InmoBooking through pre-authorization of the card.

8º. The tourist tax will be managed by InmoBooking and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
