The villa has 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, 2 bathrooms with showers and an additional toilet, offering all the necessary comfort for large groups.

Lake Villa has air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, heat pump heating, two televisions with international channels, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.



In the exterior, you will find an extensive garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor furniture to relax in the open air. The property offers several parking spaces within the estate (up to 9 vehicles).

A deposit of €1,000 with a credit card will also be required. Refundable 7 days after departure.

Internet connection via WIFI is a service that the company offers free of charge for actions that consume a not very high amount of data. This service has not been taken into account when setting the reservation price, so it will not be possible to claim due to speed problems or lack of connection.
