”It was in general an amazing hotel. However, it was a disappointment that my friend paid the hotel although I said I'd arrive and pay it, a few hours after his arrival. That trust would have been appreciated because it was agreed upon earlier when I contacted a few times about it.”

”All inclusive was not worth it, quality of food was low and tasted bad. Just kids food pizza, fries, burgers, nuggets mainly. 40 min queues to buffet everyday and very chaotic, everyone running around. All inclusive did have lunch coupon to the park which was nice but no drinks included in the park. Beds were small and AC didn’t work. My 16 year old had to sleep on the floor fir 3 nights. Overall cleanliness good have been better in stairs, pool, etc
Pool was beautiful and big enough even a bit...

”The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times. The maintenance personnel promised never came, and at the reception, they told us that they...
