The living/dining room has been fully renovated in 2023, featuring modern and cozy furnishings. One of the rooms is equipped with 1 set of 3 bunk beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. The other room has 1 French bed with dimensions of 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a TV. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, as well as a boiler with a capacity of 50 liters.

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating (please note that heating is not available in all rooms).
