- Group bookings are not permitted. This property is exclusively rented to families or couples.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal area. Please note that the signal may not reach inside the apartment. If needed, you can rent a 4G router (at an additional cost) to enjoy Wi-Fi indoors.
- Air conditioning available only in the living room.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
